80 Ball Bingo Rules & Game
80 ball bingo isn’t one of the most common bingo games around (when compared against, for example, 75 and 90 ball bingo), but it’s begun becoming more popular at online bingo sites, as more players look to enjoy a unique variety of additional game-types.
Here, we’re going to look at what 80 ball bingo is, and how to play.
What is 80 Ball Bingo?
80 ball bingo tickets are made up of 16 squares, made up of 4 columns, and 4 rows. Every square contains a unique number, meaning that each bingo cards contains a total of 16 numbers.
These numbers range from between 1 and 80, and the goal is to make a line, two lines, or a full house.
How to play 80 Ball Bingo?
In order to begin playing, you first need to purchase a ticket. Most bingo sites offer 80 ball bingo cards in strips of 5 – although this isn’t always the case, so always be sure to check out the actual purchase requirements before you start.
Once you’ve purchased your ticket, you’ll join the next game, and the caller will begin reading out numbers.
These numbers are then crossed out from your card, and if you manage to make a line of numbers, before other players, you’ll win a prize. The same applies if you manage to cross out two lines, and if you manage to clear all 16 numbers, you’ll have a full house – which is the best-paying of the three prizes.
80 ball bingo is incredibly easy to play, and many bingo providers now offer unique variations of the game, so you can expect to see something a bit different every time you play!
